House in the Park is FREE! However we count on our friends and family for support. Please make a donation and ensure this cultural treasure remains!

• Take the Southbound Train to West End Station
• Take Bus #95 Metropolitan Parkway
• Disembark bus at intersection of Deckner and Metropolitan Pkwy
• Walk 3 blocks to Perkerson Park

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Traveling South on I-75/85 (From Downtown):

• Take the UNIVERSITY AVENUE exit, EXIT 244.
• Take the ramp toward GA-3.
• Merge (Turn Right) onto UNIVERSITY AVE SW.
• Turn LEFT onto METROPOLITAN PKWY SW/US-19/US-41/GA-3.
• Turn RIGHT onto DECKNER AVE SW.
• 770 DECKNER AVE SW is on the LEFT.

Traveling North on I-85 (From the Airport):

• Take the CLEVELAND AVE exit, EXIT 76, toward EAST POINT.
• Turn RIGHT onto CLEVELAND AVE SW.
• Turn LEFT onto METROPOLITAN PKWY SW/US-19/US-41/GA-3.
• Turn LEFT onto DECKNER AVE SW.
• 770 DECKNER AVE SW is on the LEFT.

PARKING

• There is available parking in Perkerson Park on a first come first served basis. Early arrival is suggested as parking tends to fill up around 4pm.
• There is additional parking located two blocks down on Deckner, at Rice Memorial Presbyterian Church located at 1515 Brewer Blvd SW Atlanta, GA 30310-4621 (the intersection of Deckner + Brewer right before Sylvan Rd). Basically, right behind the basketball court.
• Parking is free but you can always make a donation to Rice Presbyterian at the House in the Park info booth, located near the pavilion in the park.

What Is House In The Park?

House in the Park is a musical exploration of the soul and a vision to see House Music become a unifying movement, transcending every strata of society- ethnic identification, race classification, age and lifestyle. DJ Ramon “Rawsoul” Guyton, the visionary behind Rawsoul Entertainment, and Kai Alce, the man behind record label NDATL, launched House in the Park in 2004, as a gift to the city and the community that supports the monthly music-social offering “The Gathering.” HITP adds much needed variety to the Atlanta music scene and features a range of House Music’s emerging local, regional, and international talents. DJ Ramon Rawsoul orchestrates this effort simply for the joy of bringing his favorite music genre to life in a tangible, meaningful way.
